<Poem>

<Translation>
West of a bridge, north of a pool with flowers all round,
With pavilions facing the waters, in the shade
Of old trees that have weathered many a frost,
My cottage gives a view of snow-capped mountains
On the distant horizon and the beautiful city nearby
In a golden haze at twilight—what a scenic spot!
Pity it now exists only in my memory.
